RCD Motorsport provides premium driver development designed to elevate every driver, no matter their starting point. Whether you are heading out for your first track day or looking to sharpen high level technique, our coaching delivers real improvements in confidence, consistency and on-track performance.

Led by former McLaren Factory GT Driver Harry Hayek, our highly credentialled coaching team applies the same methods used by professional racers, tailored to each individual. Drivers learn advanced skills in braking, lines, vision, throttle control and race craft, supported by data analysis to accelerate progress and build a strong foundation for future development.

Most of our training takes place in New South Wales at circuits such as Mount Panorama Bathurst, Sydney Motorsport Park, Luddenham Raceway, Pheasant Wood Circuit and One Raceway, with coaching also available across Australia by arrangement.
